GATEWAY students in Bartow County took a field trip earlier this month that they won’t soon forget. The 304 fourth- and fifth-graders from every county elementary school except Taylorsville, which had a scheduling conflict, headed to Georgia Highlands College’s Cartersville campus May 9 for the second annual STEM Field Trip.
